We loved absolutely everything about our stay at Equleni Farm. Diane and Griphin went above and beyond to accommodate our need for a scent-free, allergy-friendly environment, and that meant so much to us. We felt incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived.Griphin was always available whenever we needed anything and was such a lovely person to chat to. The cabin was spotless, the beds were super comfortable, and the spacious bedrooms had beautiful views. We also loved the pool, and picking fresh granadillas growing along the deck was such a treat!The walks around the farm are absolutely amazing, and the scenery is simply breathtaking. Warm, kind hosts, a beautiful place, and a perfect stay. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Equaleni is set in such a beautiful peaceful environment-it’s a perfect place to rest and we loved everything! The cabin has a hot tub which we really enjoyed as the sunset. It’s a place we would seriously consider revisiting

A serene 4 night stay in beautiful surroundings and exceptional accommodation. It's evident that the hosts put a lot of consideration and care into the experience their guests have at the cabin where everything you could need is generously supplied. From the moment you arrive you are made to feel welcome and are left in peace to enjoy your stay with any help you may need always on hand. The best part was that our little woof could enjoy the stay with us. Highly recommend staying at this cabin if you want to enjoy a truly peaceful and super comfortable space in nature. The place was beautiful and exceeded our expectations, neat linen, clean bathroom and kitchen. The lounge area had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed the hot tub and the Braai area, and the WiFi connectivity was excellent too

If you you’re looking for a private, time-out kind of holiday, then this place is for you. Everything was exactly what we needed. The hot tub and swimming pool were amazing. We were sad to leave this little hideaway. It’s so close to town too if you’re wanting things to do. A really amazing find!

We had such a lovely stay in the Wild Bird Cottage. Everything was beautiful and clean. It was lovely to wake up in the mornings to the sound of birds and just completely relax in the wonder of nature. The property manager was easy to get a hold of and eagerly helped with any queries. Mia had a great time on the walks and the dunes, and loved her enclosed garden. Quick drive to the beach and local restaurants. Truly a place to go to just relax and wind down. We will definitely be returning; everything was wonderful.

Equleni is a lovely farm. The units are well positioned so that you are left in tranquility and don't really notice the other guests. The onsite team are fantastic.The Tuffet sports stunning views and has everything one needs to disconnect and be emersed in the surrounding country side.

We had a more than fantastic stay at Equleni Farm. Absolutely beautiful location, wonderfully equipped cabin which is completely private. The views are even more spectacular than the photos. Beautiful walks you can do on the farm as well as in the surrounding areas. The extra large hot tub was so enjoyable, and it was already fired up before our arrival. We immediately felt serene and at peace when we arrived at the cabin, and the whole stay was just pure magic. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone! And would love to stay there again.

I can only agree with all the previous fantastic reviews of Diane's little piece of paradise!We had a wonderful time at The Tuffet on the Equleni Farm and it felt very private, secure, and homey. Everything was super clean, well thought-out, and good restaurants (for example Oysters R Us) and supermarkets are very close by! The very cute cat that comes and visits, the jacuzzi, and the natural surroundings only further made our stay incredibly peaceful and cosy.Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Second time my family stayed at one of Diane's places and both times we extended our stay and absolutely loved it. peaceful, great hikes on property. Pool with a amazing view. This time we stayed at Wild bird and we all absolutely loved the bird varieties that came to visit. Will definitely be back for a visit whenever we in the area again.

A beautiful cottage on a farm about 10miles from Wilderness. Peaceful and fabulous for birdwatching. Everything you need for a comfortable stay with lots to do in the surrounding area. Would highly recommend a stay a Wild Bird Cottage

This is the perfect family hideaway surrounded by beautiful countryside and close to amenities and local beaches and hiking spots. We extended our stay as we loved it so much. It's very good value and Diane and team are very accommodating.

Die Unterkunft ist ein kleines, verstecktes Paradies Mitten im Nichts - und dennoch nahe an Sedgefield und auch nicht allzuweit weg von George und Knysna. Eine super Lage um ein paar Tage die Gegend zu erkunden und dennoch einen ruhigen Rückzugsort zu haben. Cottage ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und es hat mehr als man braucht. Der Garten lädt zum verweilen und grillieren ein und Privatsphäre ist mehr als gegeben. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen.Man muss einfach gut mit grossen Spinnen umgehen können, erst recht wenn's regnet, dann kommen sie rein. Aber sie sind harmlos 🙂

Honestly can’t think of a better word than “Perfection” to describe the cottage, environment & overall experience we had, Ms Diane helped us throughout and was so easy to talk to, she was always available and everything about the cottage was a 10, and the farm was so scenic and beautiful, we’ll definitely be back. 🙏🏿

Wir hatten eine wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der Garten mit der Feuerstelle und die Terrasse mit dem Gasgrill haben uns ebenfalls sehr gefallen. Auch die Umgebung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig, in dem Pool hat man einen wunderschönen Blick und man kann direkt von der Unterkunft aus mehrere kleine Wanderung machen. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

What an amazing little spot. Peaceful, beautiful views from the shaded pool area and great location overall, short drive into town and to the beaches. Our dogs loved the farm and the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Other highlights were the fire-pit, walks around the dunes and very well-appointed kitchen.

Diane & Luizen went above and beyond. They had thought of everything (utensils, appliances, extra adaptors, fire starters) and everything worked perfectly. The farm is beautiful, safe, walkable, and quiet and peaceful at night. Loved it!

By far one of my favorite spots I've stayed at in the Garden Route!
It was spacious but also very cozy.
Peaceful and quiet with stunning views and a short drive from Sedgefield.
They really thought of everything one might need to make their stay comfortable and memorable.
I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for an all-round wonderful experience.

We stayed in the Cabin, nestled beside some trees with beautiful views of the lake and a wood fired hot tub that was thoughtfully preheated apon arrival. We arrived to an emaculate, curated space with gentle music playing, the stress of the transit just fell away. We're very blessed to have had your hospitality and hope to soon return 🙏😊

Ein kleines Paradies Mitten in der Natur! Würde es zu 100% weiterempfehlen und jedem raten, diese Perle nicht zu verpassen. Alles ist mit so viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, man hat absolute Privatsphäre und auch absolute Ruhe. Was möchte man mehr. Wir kehren ganz sicher zurück.

Tucked between Wilderness and Knysna, this peaceful paradise stole our hearts with its rolling green hills, wildflowers, and ancient milkwoods. Every view is breathtakingly beautiful.
The Tuffet Room was perfection: cozy, elegant, with a private deck overlooking the serenity. Host Diana is an absolute sweetheart, so accommodating with every request, and she arranged a dreamy hot bath in the pool plus adorable surprises like farm-fresh treats that made it unforgettable.
